Roots
The forgot password feature has a bug where you cannot tap onto the placeholder to enter your email. It will keep pulling the keyboard down. The only way to reset is to go to the GO webapp, which is via chrome. Fix this!!!!!!!!!!

kinda annoying, then kinda annoying I have to log this response to then log my work shift.... stop wasting out time doing this and let us do our work without having to rate an App

Since the announcement of reinstalling app from the Programmed from the end of last year 2022 to now, the app doesn't function properly. The submitted shifts under History Work, some shifts were completely missing. Disappeared shifts happens after the pending shifts under "Submitted" tab transfer to the "Approval tab". Some got approved and some didn't get approved over 3 consecutive weeks until now. SO SICK of chasing my payment. The bug hasn't fixed yet and needs better updates.

The update message and the update link button does not disappear once the update has occurred. The update message also interferes with viewing other tabs in the app and is like a watermark making the other text I am trying to read confusing. I also could not scroll down on many of the tabs and had to reduce the phone display size to access anything to the bottom of those tabs.

I'm unable to give this 0 stars. Although I'd love nothing more. I require this app ( simply to be paid a one off sum for a job that happens once a year) The process may be useful for someone who doesn't have any work. However. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES. A Severe invasion of privacy is required to use this app. You do not need to know how tall I am, my weight, references, medical history, and a whole plethora of other private details to receive a payment. Terrible!

I have to use this app for work and well lets just say its useless.. it doesnt do what its supposed to we log in what times were available and un for work sometimes it gets logged other times it doesnt also doesnt show your previous shifts youve worked or itll miscalculate hours. We also have a offered tab well waste of time having that all notifications for this app are allowed on my phone yet i wont get any notification for it constantly having to check emails instead for it.

This new update is just causing the login screen to stay frozen and can't even open the app. I have un installed and reinstalled 5 times in 24 hrs and still the same issue, please get a fix out for this... Disappointing if I can't log my hours for a job 🤔

The app just doesn't work the second time I open it after installation. It freezes on the GO logo. Never had this issue before. It started after the new UI change you guys made. Please fix it as it's getting annoying to unistall then install eveysingle time I wanna check my rosters... 😞
