1. You force me to update the application every day. Why ??? 2. You show the dates on calendar, when there is no flight. Why??? 3. You show around 100 destinations but you fly just to few of them. If somebody eager to spend several hours just to get simple info then this application for you.

Customer service is weak to non-existent. It is difficult to get in touch with a human being; both my email & WhatsApp messages went unanswered, and no-one answered phone calls. I could not board my flight because their visa restrictions had changed post-Covid & I was unaware I needed a visa. As a result, they canceled my flight, listed me as a "no show", and refused to put me on a later one. I had to pay for a new ticket. A very frustrating experience overall.

Despite the updated version, this app doesn't work properly. I selected the one of the options presented, but again "choose your fare for your" flight error pops up many times. Not responsive, Not flow, not user-friendly. BAD UX/UI case!!!

Can't use the app to use my miles and get a ticket. The only option is sending email to callcenter (they even refuse to do it by phone), where they will just ignore your request. Being a gold member of this company, I couldn't get ticket by miles.

Most of the options are not responsive or have incomplete information. For example, I was trying to log in as an Azal miles member and could not do so. Flight update option won't work either.
A Google user
Crashes even before login screen. Issue might be related to screen resolution limitations. It is so dissapointing that, such a main flag carrier of the country cannot develop an app that works normally.
