Renaming to "Smart App" is incredible generic, uninspired and makes the app unfindable. I legit thought I deleted the app from my phone. Needing to log in and half of the functions give error messages that something has gone wrong, like the push notification service not working, while I don't have that enabled. The functionality is great but the management of the application clearly lacks.

Good application for visualisation of energy consumption. Nice to have feature: maximum and minimum temperature graph in consumption graph, data could be obtained from KMI. This graph can be useful for EPC efficiency analysis. Links to VREG website with statistics of the energy market prices welcome too. EnergieID application good backup solution for energy consumption data, for several years, lot of analysis options.

Unfortunately after install it only appears in Dutch language. Impossible to change it from the app, the solution they give in their help page is to change the language of the whole mobile phone in order to switch to french. Unbelievable!!

The app itself is really good. Probably the best in it's kind from what ive seen from friends and family that are with different energy providers. The recent name change of the app is however pretty annoying. The app won't show up now if you search for "engie" on your phone.

Very happy with the visualizations, but on android the 'going back' is not working (you go out of the app) and you have to use the button in the top left corner, which is an iPhone thing to do...

This app is rather like the corresponding web site, which I use quite a lot. When you first open the app everything is in Dutch. You're given a choice of languages only after keying in "Log in met-je Engie-account". Could that choice of languages be offered on the very first page please? Many thanks in advance.

I have serious doubts about calculated prices. I have recently changed contract from Easy to Flow which is a monthly variable contract. Despite the fact that rates for November are significantly lower than October, the calculated prices for November raised. No real explanation from the helpdesk (wait for some days, should be up to date soon...)

To put it simply this apps experience and code seem to have been completely overlooked. First you do not get to choose the language when you install it. No matter how much they commence saying that you have the possibility. You simply don't. Then the app will try to have multiple times access to your data. Which will not work depending on the browser you use. And even then I wasn't able to go past the first steps. This is extremely annoying. It doesn't cost much to make a good app.
