It just adds another headache... Rarely use it, when i NEED it, ask for update, after update it ask the id and pass again, which i forget as it another unique string of words that i never use. Have to get up, pick the card, input the forget account form, then it gives you the account, of course the password you have to guess again. Okay i can get in, next i click the halodoc option, and it ask for another halodoc update... great... halodoc done update, it ask for reconnection... just fabulous...

The OTP code never send to my number, already contact customer service via Whatsapp but no respon. Now I reach the limit to sending OTP. What a trash app

App quite slow. Some error as well including OTP never comes :( Chat thru WA needs a very long time more than 6 hours and then timeout 😅 Finally using "manual" claim process thru email 😅 Be professional please.

Very bad customer service. Took SO LONG just to update my profile data. Not recommend insurance company.

OTP is a mess, it takes long enough to respond, i dont know its because the apps or my network provider 🙄
