this app needs lots of improvements , doesn't automatically log u off site when leaving & u should b able to log onto site without the QR code This app has gotten worse , won't let me log in , try & change password & it won't let me I have spoken to someone through emails The outcome is still the same , won't let me change password , your colleague said to try different device , I only have 1 device & can't afford to get a new device because of a faulty app

It was working fine for 2 months. All of a sudden the app is not working. Tried reinstalling but still no luck. When we try to create an account or try to log in the page keeps on loading but nothing comes after.

Never had any issues with signing in and out but now all of a sudden it says something went wrong, sign in failed. Trying to reset password but the same error all the time, reinstalled app, still the same problem.

For an app designed to use a phone to track separate locations travelled to during a work day it does a fantastic job of draining your battery. The inability to switch off is annoying as you need to modify the permissions at the end of the day (I recommend denying camera as well as location as it keeps switching itself back on even after force closing the app) or it continues to track you and suggest different locations to check in to. If it wasn't compulsory for the job I'm on I'd uninstall

The idea of your app is fantastic, but it would appear Android/Samsung phones don't pick up the check-in as readily as iPhones. My Samsung A5 doesn't check me in our out, 7 to 8 times out of 10; and all my other Samsung friends are in the same boat! Please resolve this issue and I promise, a far more positive review will follow. Thank you.

Keep loosing home page after 5 days only just started doing this go to check in somewhere then realise no home page.

This app is terrible. I denied location permission but it keeps asking me for location permission, which is really annoying ! Big fail on user experience. Sign up via Google account shouldn't need to ask for password. SMS for phone number verification took more than 20 minutes, and I received 6 text messages, had to try one by one to find the correct verification code (hint: the latest SMS did not contain the correct verification code).
