The app stopped working. Restarting the device, uninstalling the app etc. didn't help. No method of logging in works. Reseting the password process fails too. All fail to make login work. Looks like during some account transfer from the database of one company to the other my username has changed to a random one. My settings were reset too. Logging in on the web platform and doing some changes to my contacts, (used the same as previously really) allowed me to login on the mobile app too.

Fix the bugs and glitches, i can't put money in the app. In the top-up, it doesn't allow me to select the expiration month & year of my card and i can't complete the purchase. Has there been a data breach? Cause im not the only one with this problem. The Q bot can't answer my query and im still waiting to talk to a real person. GGGGG. Good God Girl Get a Grip.

Omg guys - I own a samsung A52 and since last update I cannot use the dropdown for the date (year and month) > I m blocked from doing an online purchase!!! Blocker, pls fix asap..

Bad application without clear logic. When you top up money you find that some of it had magically disappear before you purchase a bundle and later you realize that. In addition when you top up and you choose to pay a fixed amount of money (say you want a bundle that cost 7.5 Euro for example) you must pay multiplesvof 5 Euro, which means that you can never use all the money you invested. In my opinion this is no less than theft of money. There is no user guide and the support doesn't answer you.

Sometimes you lose everything (build up gb's, build up minutes) and you can't do anything but give MyQ another automated payment. Somehow it quits sometime without warning. Happens to me and my wife. No warning ahead just a cutoff and you lose all build up stuff. Also no way to communicate with chat. Vodafone has a chat option in the app and reimburse you when client unfriendly things happen. Why no sms in bundle and sms seperate bundle very expensive. Crooks

No thank you. I did what other users did: went in by pc. The problem in your app is that when you receive the new code and you type it in, it does agnolege it. Next it sends you to admetiatly change the password for safety, as you know. But when doing so it doesn't accept it. The display in pc/laptop has more options than the app.

Terrible app. Wants me to log in, but gives me no opportunity to set up an account to log in to. Also, as others mentioned, there is a sign up screen of sorts that doesnt work. Asks you for your phone number and then says try again. It gets worse. The app is clearly designed in another language. Even if you tell it English, all the other pages (aside from the one that doesn't let you log in) are still in the other language. And not an easy language like Spanish. It's German or something.

This has to be the most rubbish app ever. I have tried to register more than 10 times, put my details in, it says "your registration will be complete after you receive our email", but email never arrives. Contacted customer service, waited 2 days for sms to confirm problem solved, got sms, tried to register again - guess what: no email. Waisted too much time on this, will move to a different network with an app that actually works.
