I don't even want to give a single star. This app is pathetic. Content is haphazardly organised. Almost all the content is old. And there are 600+ videos only for mathematics which you are suppose to cover becasue they don't a course in an organised manner. All the videos from previous courses are there. Their team doesn't reply to calls and messages. I don't understand this. They charge heavy course fees and they can't even devlop a near and clean UI for the app where everything is organised.

I installed this app in my phone but the entire app is empty inside no course no ebook is showcasing I have even tried to approach them online but they tech team didn't responded form last 3 days.

Thanks to Raja Sir, Manisha Ma'am, and the team. After the update, many problems have been fixed, but there is still an issue with the files. We can't save them to our phone memory. Please fix it. Thanks.

Teachers and their content are good but the technical team ia at their worst level. Whenever I play downloaded videos then it gets pause in every 1 min. To resume video I have to forward it for few minutes then it plays and repeats the same. There's not any problem in downloading the video. I reinstalled the app but the problem didn't resolve.

Everything is good(content) except The poor interface of the app. It's really irritating that we can't change the dimension of the screen after downloading the video. The app needs some improvement like background downloading, changing screen dimensions...if you guys make some improvements...then we definitely gonna love it

As a student of NEON classes, I personally had an amazing experience in the last 7 months being a arts back ground student. It is a platform where you get A-Z coaching about our subjects. And the most attractive benefit of this coaching is that our teachers clear all our doubts no matter what it is. It is convenient with both the timings and the revisions done right after the syllabus is taught.

too bad experience pdf not opening course not found too slow working don't buy anything on neon it's fraud app Also customer support is too bad. So don't but anything.
