Worst ever app. Only good thing is you can book for a particular time, whether driver comes on that time or not.. That's upto him. Bad quality cars, unhygienic and unprofessional drivers. I won't recommend this unless you are OK to wait for 45 to 60 minutes for the cab.

Good morning. Very nice drivers and quality of cars. Most important difference with Uber and Ola, is that you can prebook Rideally cars for one specific time. Rates are also cheaper compared to Uber and Ola. Overall ..have been using it for many years in Bangalore largely for airport drop/pickup and outstation trips and find it nice and convenient.

App is average - nothing too great, just about functional. However, my poor rating is for the main part - Driver Experience (Name - Chandrashekar) Had an extremely upleasant & poor experience. Firstly, he turned up late for pickup with no remorse whatsoever. Secondly, he was rude throughout the trip as if he is doing me some favour by driving. Thirdly, he drove quite rashly and we had 2-3 near misses on the Highway. Lastly, he tried to extort more money in the name of toll than actual.

This service is actually affordable, and with a good confirming turnaround. Indeed a great opportunity exists for this platform, but then things fell apart gradually since Driver Partners fake arrival information (yes, this App doesn't support real-time tracking of cabs), and then Driv take the luxury to arrive 15-20 mins later than scheduled. Occurred during my 3 consecutive airport trips before I'm giving up on RideAlly. NOTE: I'm part of this industry, I wish RideAlly improves on reliability.

Reliable and safe with cheaper fares compared to Uber and Ola. The driver was also professional and had arrived before time. The app allows you to choose the route you wish travel by if there are multiple routes to your destination.

Driver arrived much before the requested time. Cab was maintained very clean and AC was kept ON during the travel. Driver did not attempt rash driving anytime, it was a comfortable journey to the airport. No music or loud phone calls. Highly satisfied with RideAlly!!

2nd incident happened yesterday of driver refused for pick up at airport, in first I had to wait for 30 minutes, this time I wasted 1 hour at pick up point till alternate arrangement was made. My booking was for 6:45PM, I collected my luggage at 7:10 (flight was delayed), I called the driver to come to pick-up point, he disconnected the phone. After waiting for 10 minutes I again called him, this time he responded something weird so I called CC they canceled the booking and created new.
