This app really sucks and that's just a nice way of saying what I truly want to say about this app. It is inoperable often lags in time. Often gives error messages. Often have to redo notes often have to delete the app and reinstall back on the phone. And the support team does not help at all with this issue. This has to be one of the worst apps. And for someone with this Android phone this app is inoperable which makes the job harder than what it needs to be this app sucks

Most of the time it's ok, it doesn't not auto update, photos go missing requiring too much time to retake and serves some times don't log, map coordinates are off at times requiring explanation which slows down the process and as of right now, i still can't get a proof to load to sign it.

App is always having a server error. I click for it to send me a code and then I get an error message. Please fix so I can log in.

They make it extremely difficult for new process servers. I've had to contact them multiple times about issues on their end. When I finally try to pick up work for the first time, they told me my rating was too low. Of course it's low, I haven't done a job yet, and their solution? Pick up work that doesn't require a rating. But of course, those jobs are never on there. So sign up and never get work because you need a rating to get work and you can't get a rating until you get work. Perfect 👍

Great app overall. User-friendly for even the tech-challenged. My one gripe is that this is an app that needs to be accessible and functional even when offline due to lack of a cell signal. The developers would do well to make offline use equally user-friendly, including notifications that the app is offline and special instructions for using it offline. Finally, it needs immediate notification to the user that data logged when offline has been sent, as soon as a signal is available again.

The app overall is very handy. I have only 2 issues with it. First, the most annoying thing is if I am scrolling through my route plan, it will automatically jump back to the top of the list without warning. This sucks when you're trying to organize your documents according to the route. I am on a Galaxy Note 9 running the latest update. Second, Im based out of Texas and you cant serve process on Sundays. I wish ABC would not count Sundays as day because it affects my metrics and puts me in red

The Android 10 update to my S10 has made it extremely annoying to click on any button in the top corners as any touch in the area prompts the drop down of the notification bar. Please make it bigger or lower so this stops please. And most recently it makes me RE- sign into the app everyday even though my phone is protected. Thank you for your hard work.

I still haven't gotten paid,I submitted all my documents, beware,This app is very slow, and confusing, this needs a big update, takes almost 4 seconds when I click back or home to appear, no where to stop getting notification while your on a route, one of the worse app I encountered, Please fix and make it easier for us, using up-to-date using galaxy S8 plus phone, also the agents in ABC takes 3 to 4 days to respond to your messages
