Can't log in, can't change password, can't do anything -- every action just results in an error message. The developer hasn't updated the app since early 2023 and "Contact Us" has nothing for technical support, so this app appears to be abandoned... which is particularly bad since this is for Medicaid patients.

App is garbage. Private care blue care app is better. Of course medicaids app is bad and private is good. You can't use it to filter any searches. You can only look up providers in a state. You can not narrow down any results for specialist or any type of doctor or need. Only every single medical professional of all types in the area all at once. Half the links don't work. The message center is just to have someone call you and only when your not available for a phone call.

Consistent error messages. Can not log in to my account, register an account, or check to see if I have an account without getting error messages. Called web support and they had no help or info.

Can't even register to get on app because it comes up with an error or can't find member. I've downloaded and Uninstaller to download again. Somebody needs to fix it.

Just an FYI. If your kids have membership through blue cross & you parents dont, you can't make an account for them in this app or even at all. Now I have to do so much foot work & research on my own for more than 1 dr for my kids when their app & system I could easily run a search.

I can't even register. Keeps telling me the password I'm creating is invalid because I can only use letters, numbers, and certain special characters. All in using are letters and numbers

Very bad application. Many argument error in logins. No filters accurate for your assistance.

I can't login. It's giving me an Error Message. Your Screen Name and Password are wrong. Then it says please try again later. I've been trying to get into my account since Tuesday. 🤬
