This app and the general abilities of the software is NOT good at all. When it's really important to watch what is going on at your property (like when your truck is being broken into) the cams only record for a max or 30 seconds and then stop! WTH??? It should stay recording as long as there is activity. Then try viewing a live feed: it takes half a minute to load the feed then it usually times out after 10 seconds of viewing saying the feed "Timed Out" and to "Retry"So frustratingly USELESS

App is ok, but has quite a delay from changing a setting on your system like turning off motion record for the doorbell camera temporarily, to it actually taking effect. Also, it would be worthy of praise from the gods, if you could add a simple "select all" or "clear all" option for when deleting recording backlog. Sometimes this backlog doesn't show up for a few months, and then randomly it will, and now I'm stuck selecting box after box of 100's of saved clips...please...

Riddled with Issues, this app, when it's deciding to work, works well enough, but it never decides to work. I can't access my doorbell camera, I never hear if someone is at the door, and at times when I need to lock all the doors etc, it take multiple refreshes. However, my partner and I share the account and he gets notifications of doorbells etc, even when he's in another country. It would be great if Liberty could figure out how to have two people access an account that functions.

We had this security system installed Almost 2 years ago. The camera worked ok for a couple of days , and then sporadically for a couple of weeks then nothing. I was told that I needed wifi extenders, which we got. That didn't Help. I was then on the phone with support many times. they had me do a bunch of resets from my router, and extenders, and the camera. Still no luck. We have had Telus come in and redo our wifi tp 5g fibre and wifi extenders and still nothing. I get occasional emails saying that the back or front doors were left open. It has been so long since I gave up on the system, that I don't even remember my password. I don't think that I would recommend this to anyone.

The system is amazing. It makes me feel very safe and secure. The cameras are pretty clear. If I was to give 1 complaint it would be that the doorbell camers are not in color. It would be extremely helpful and beneficial if all the camera recorded in color.

I like the way it makes my family feel safe. The backyard camera is very clear and audio from the door bell also clean great audio for all ,thank you guys who installed the system totally professional polite to my wife BRAVO..I found it takes a little time to load to my phone but all said very effective.

This security company uses aggressive sales tactics and straight up lies to make sales. We were told there would be an opt out period so long as we keep their sign up in our yard. After talking to their "loyalty" department they insist on a 2800$ buyout of our contract after 1 year and her only response to any question or concern was "I can send you the agreement". I will never reccomend this company to anyone I know. Complete crooks.
