After collecting some unnecessary data (in my case), they booked an appointment there I've been told to go to a physical check-up. No video call, nothing. I know it's only 100 SEK, but it felt like a mockery. Why pay for a mockery?!!?

Since new patient fee introduction, the app had a lot of bugs. Couldn't pay the fee for consultation and now just updated the app and doesn't start it is blocked in the first page

This is the worst app out there. You need to type the same things over and over again first with a nurse, in a form and then in a chat. It does not help at all when you are already sick and had to deal with this stupid app.

Simple and easy to use. They are even fast with everything. For instance, you get an appointment very fast!

(Sweden) Tried this app a few times, doctors do absolutely nothing. They listen for 10 minutes and send you to a physical medical center.

Unfriendly doctor and didnt help. Useless service. Other apps much better with friendlier doctors.

Real waste of time, uninstalled the app after a few minutes trying unsuccessful renewal of already existing/ongoing simple medication.

Horrible and waste of time Firsy you chat with a nurse and she asks alot of information. She told me i need to book time with a doctor for diagnos. I booked time , doctor did not ask anything just said you need to go to physical appointmemt. It seems simply just waste of time and nurse could say the same. I am deleting this app.
