Earlier it was a good app. But now due to lame verification process, they have restricted my Jazzcash topup option and doesnot resolve whatsoever. Non of the professional is interested in my complains filing since 2nd sept. 2024. Utter unprofessional attitude. Earlier bank transactions were also blocked. Really a shame if you donot know how resolve your own app. Edit: Called more than a dozen times on your helpline. But in vain. No one knows whats happening.

I am experiencing issues with topping up my account via both JazzCash and bank transfer. Despite attempting multiple times, the top-up is not successful. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter.

The app was good but jazzcash transactions takes very long now. Amount deducted from jazzcash but not received in the infini wallet.

Cant add vehicle, as soon as i entered details and continue then is strats loading with text "please wait" and continue forever

Overall, the app is OK but a few areas need to be looked into. 1. Setting up profile: You cannot select profile picture from the gallery. Only taking picture is allowed, which is a word thing. 2. There is no communication tab in the app, or the usual Contact Us area. So, one has to switch to the website or telephone line for any query.

The App itself is nice, simple & easy to use. The serious problem is that this App only works on 1 mobile. This App cannot be registered on 2nd mobile unless you change your login pwd each time. This restriction is ridiculous because I have 2 mobiles & at times I use 2nd mobile if battery of 1st mobile is drained. Further, my driver uses 2nd car and it is either he or myself who can use the App. To make matters worse, the Infini Card machines at Pine Avenue (Valencia, Lahore) mostly donot work.

The app layout and overall experience is good ,the product picture are other than the title of product its very disappointing, I noticed 2 instance one is in (paper air freshener crazy faces - the display picture is of mobil oil) the second one is of ( Quartz 9000 future gf6 5W -30 but the display picture is of some other oil 20w 50) There are alot of items in the list the issue is I want to check the description and specifications but there is no data available which is very bad.
