I am writing to share my concern regarding the recent changes in payment processing through the Eastern Power app. Previously, we could conveniently pay our electricity bills using various third-party apps without any additional charges, regardless of the mode of payment. However, I have noticed that when paying via credit card on your app, there is now a 1% additional charge imposed. This extra fee feels unfair, especially when no such charges were applied in the past on other platforms.

To be Very Honest , one of the most stupid app I have ever seen and the customer service as well , I paid my Electricity bill through this app via phonepay as payment method transaction was successful with UTR number and Collect ID but this app failed to recognise it and then the amount was added to the next month bill , Horrible experience now I have to leave my office and rush to bank to provide them bank statement for their glitch. If they don't know how run app please let UPI apps to do.

It's a good app. But I am unable to delete the old notifications. Also there is no option to verify the status of already lodged complaint or no history stored.

It's the worst app that I am having on my mobile. It's not working properly even through with better internet connection. And also electricity department also the same. I don't understand the electricity people from villages, in my village, it's completely fraud happening where in electricity people are coming suddenly and changing the meter for which I get the meter reading as 0, 2, and suddenly increasing of upto 436 for this month. And this application is not supporting to lodge the complaint

I am able to feel the new look in UI and added new features like getting the entire bill details...Etc. Now my concern related to nick name mapped to every account was resolved. So updated my rating to 5 star. Recommendation : Please display the service numbers in ascending or decending order or the order we have choosen,

Useless app i paid my bill through upi option money transfered but the in the app the it is not updated I made a complaint and they called me and telling it will take 3 working days my due date is day after tomorrow if the payment is not done I have to pay extra after three days useless app and it is only option available to pay from mobile other upi's are far better

Wastes lot of our valuable time. I used to pay 4 bills in a minute with apps like Amazon pay. This app took 20 min for 4 bills, showing loading for 5 min at every step. Didn't get any receipt for the fourth bill yet. Stuck at loading for the last 10 min to generate the receipt. This is the reason we don't trust any government based apps. They don't function as smooth as the third-party apps.

I've been using this app for few months now and it has completely transformed the way I manage my electricity bills. The UI is clean, simple and very easy to navigate. Paying electricity bills only take few seconds. I can track my payment history which is very helpful.
