I had a terrible experience with the Burger Farm app. After placing my order, I called the outlet 20 minutes later, only to find out they hadn’t even accepted it yet. It took an hour before I heard anything, and still, my order hadn’t been dispatched. To make matters worse, the app doesn’t even offer a cancellation option. This service is unacceptable!

Terrible experience! The burger was overcooked and dry, with bland, stale toppings. The fries were cold and soggy. Service was painfully slow despite the place being nearly empty. To top it off, the staff was rude and uninterested in resolving complaints. Never coming back here again!

Your app does not accept Credit card & shows error after feeding all the relevant details of the card. Inspite of frequent buyer and reaching level wherein 20% cash back should be added to my wallet. Your app just adds Rs.50 after every purchase. Inshort its cheating & luring the customer with false offers. The quality of your burger filling has gone down drastically and its not as its shown in the picture again misleading the customers. Those reading my comment stay away from this Burger Farm.

Even after advance information of pickup time and payment order was delayed. My order was showing accepted on app but the counter guy wasn't even aware of order. They punched order in front of me and start preparing. I waited 20 mins more for this and waste of time.

One of the worst food, staff service, app and food quality. I thik its better test on street food to compere to your food,i order wheat bun and u give all white bun on my order and sauce's like whole bowl off rice and one spoon off dal, its like nothing add on sauce. And no difference between test all feel like 🤮🤮 one suggestion for u plz close your outlet Highe price, worst food and quality, worst coupon. This is the last time, I or any of my friends or relatives will not tolerate you.

Delivery time while ordering was 10 min but actually delivered in 20 min inspite of showing as prepared on the app. Very slow processing.

Third Class application and can't track order also too late delivery. Didn't recommend to use application for order food.

Payment deducted at the time of placing order . When visited the nearest outlet for pick up.. it was closed on 22oct 9 pm. Pls credit my money. Even no one is responding on calls.
