I don't understand how this app is still active or even rated even 2.2 star. It's quiet easy to use when it comes to booking a taxi, but that's where it's usefulness ends. Any technical help can not be resolved. There's no support for it by the company, when you call to geth help(which should be handled by technical team) your call goes to the taxi handler. You can't get you receipt Apparently the company do not have any control on the app, it's run by a 3rd party. Definitely need a minus star

Very limited app. Not able to find addresses (in particular postcodes), even when it does it sends the driver to the wrong location. I had to call up the office who said that you are meant to put the exact address (I did). Your app should find my pin point location. Lastly, app doesn't sync with drivers cars. Every driver always turns on their meter until them you have pre-paid through the app. They are not rude about it but the office should notify the drivers, that is part of your job.

Been informed that this 4020 invalid IP address is because they aren't taking card payments through the app anymore. Apparently the drivers aren't accepting prepayment anymore. Last week I was told the app had issues. If acorn isn't accepting prepayment anymore they should inform us on the app and remove the option. We customers aren't mind readers. I use this app so I can pay for my children's school taxi in advance. Saves me giving them cash.

Was good to start. Then I tried to book taxi it said it be 3 mins next min it was cancelled. Checked my bank they took the money so called them n they said we have no taxis at all I said they took the money n they said it would go back in but it never did so paid for a taxi I didnt use. And since then I cant book a taxi at all says something to do with the IP address is invalid. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it's says the same.

Terrible app, terrible company. Booked using app six hours in advance of my journey. Didn't show up. Kept assigning same driver who would cancel five minutes later. Forty minutes later had to cancel trip and pay premium with Uber. Don't use.

Over the Christmas period, whilst visiting Tamworth, the app never allowed me to book any journeys to or from the railway station. Totally useless app. I had to book over the phone. Phone staff and drivers are excellent. This app is a waste of time currently.

Takes ages to find a driver. And often the driver cancels and then you have to find another driver.

It might be the first app that I don't know how to use, or is there somebody at the other and that doesn't know. I uninstalled and used Uber, a bit more in pricing, but I know how to use the app at least! My order was cancelled 3 times in a row and after I took an Uber I get a call from a taxi driver announcing me that he arrived. Well done Acorn!
