I have had service for about 6/7 months and I am very,very satisfied with service no issues even in bad weather I'm impressed. I started with the low bandwidth and have not lost service , buffering or lagging hasn't been an issue (Whartons Dock) area . You may want to check for service in your area not all area's have service yet , but I think their working on that . anyway thank you BEC Fiber 😘 keep up the good work 👏

I've had ATT and Spectrum before BEC and there is absolutely no comparison. BEC is far and away the best both with speed and even more so customer service. I typically get more speed than I'm paying for and I have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a tech to come out when it's been needed (twice in 4 years and one of those was the install). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I am satisfied. My speeds are a little low. Even my S22 Ultra has lag time moving data. But at least I have a connection that isn't satellite! To cover my yard I have to put a mesh repeater on both ends of the house. It is a GREAT improvement over what I had!
