I tried to create an account and got the error "Unfreeze your credit. Unfreeze your Experian credit file to create a FlowGarage account.". Sorry, I'm just here for service, not to finance a car. There is no valid reason access my credit file in order to see my service history. The app requests only public info for their fraud prevention, meaning it would be ineffective. Forcing credit freeze removal reduces user's security while the app sends more personal data for Experian too collect.

I really like the premise this app is based on, but it rarely works without issues. Constantly freezes while the status indicator just spins. Even forcing stop on the app and clearing the cache doesn't help. This app needs work. The Flow Rewards have been "Coming in 2023" since last year in 2022 and 2023 is quickly nearing the end.

Awful, it won't accept my email address, it won't accept my license photos, it won't accept my license plate number. I've been trying to communicate with you via this app since I dropped my car off four hours ago, and still can't get in, so I haven't any idea of the progress or lack thereof on my vehicle. Very frustrating!

The app does not work. It continually spins once I log in. My car was added to account fine, but I can't do anything on the app. So I am uninstalling. (Have already uninstalled and reinstalled once. Same issue is happening with second app install.)

Log in issues. Error message keeps popping up every time I try to log in, it used to work but I guess an update messed it up.

So far, I am absolutely loving this app 😍. I can not wait to see these rewards come. It's definitely an incentive to keep coming to flow. I love it shows everything. Making everything so much easier..

Horrible App I've been trying for a month now I have sent my driver's license and address 3 times and no response I uninstalled the app very disappointing. Take the app down it doesn't work at all!!
