Bad clone of Thumbtack. I got some leads (photography) at the beginning. Right now, it is a total scam. A lot of paid stuff, badges, elite pro subscriptions, etc. They are only trying to make money from you, not for you. The app is a total trash, design, functionality - all from the 90s, crushing all the time. 8 out of 10 leads are fake, never answered, one of them was a dead person (!)

The website and app are a good idea with helpful features for managing contacts. Customer service isn't bad either. So why the 3 star review? Biggest problem: Fake & dead leads. Maybe on average, 7 out of 10 ppl I've paid money to contact never returned multiple phone calls, texts and emails. Out of the ones with whom I did get in contact, many had already found a tutor. Proposed solution: Charge ppl looking for services a nominal fee (even $1) per contact, so you weed out fakes & scammers.

it's a good app my only problem is l buy credits to talk to clients but when we call the clients they don't answer or even respond. when you go to the app you will see that you are the only lead who has requested ...and all those credits aren't coming back and l have lost almost £1000.At least try to return the credits if professionals complain..

Every lead I've purchased credits for has not answered when reached out. Whether it is email, phone call or text. Okay sure, The risk of not getting lead is understood, but the screening needs to be better. Ex. I've been getting bombarded by a "Vincent" for a website quote every couple of days, showing he is in a different city every time. Ready to spend 5k and wants us to email separately from the system. It's an obvious SCAM and yet even though I've declined it 6x so far. He still reaches out.

I joined Bark last week. When I started using the app, they directed me to buy the beginner package at a cost of 180 pounds for 80 craidt and claimed that if I didn't get any work they would refund the credit after a week of use. I didn't get any work. Some customers don't answer the phone, some are not serious at all, some answer and say that it's not a good time to talk and then refuse to answer at all. I found a lot of fake customers, most likely they were hired by Bark to sell their fake pro

I been signed up with the app for 5 years and honestly don't waste your time nor money. no refunds for fake post 9 out of 10 times it's someone looking for work. ccustomer service is absolutely the worse and most rude bunch I ever heard. and worse part is the when there is a "real" post your spend 18 to 25 credits and then the client is either just shopping around or looking for a qoute better yet they never answer the calls never responded to text nor emails and again no refunds

Data thieves. Made an account to try and find courses with them, only to find the courses they had blurred were fake and a ploy to get me to sign up. Now can't delete my data without having to email them back and forth. Tricky little expletives.

I'm very disappointed with the app phones are not picked they say the lead is verified but when you call the lead they say they have no requirement or they don't pick it's really frustrating although this platform is nice but I don't think they are working seriously on this app
