This app is terrible! When I tried to set my current location, the screen went black for 15 minutes, and I had to restart the app. Items were visible, but the only functioning button was for the quantity amount, and I couldn’t add anything to the cart. As a last resort, I ended up going to the store myself.

At the counter, I saw the price for using apps is cheaper than purchase directly. So I try to order pickup using the apps to get maximum discount. Unfortunately, its end up I can't pay using the loaded amount in its ewallet, and thus have to pay more expensive counter price, b'cos it said the outlet is already closed lol. Best part is, it can't even accept their own ewallet at the counter have an amount of money stuck in their useless wallet that can't be used anywhere else! How is this legal?

Useless app...way to many bugs and error and everything...want to cancel order because it said "rider busy"...but cannot cancel...keeps getting error message and cannot get the refund...if the app not stable enough then please dont release it to the public...very annoying...

Very bad 1st time buyer experience. Forced to topup 2times for same amount end up paying double, the other half of my money was left in app which totally useless! I've selected the buy 1 free 1 voucher but didn't get the free 1! What's worse is screenshots and msg I've sent via WhatsApp which redirected from the app & supposed to be the help center is being abandoned without any response at all! It doesn't even have an auto-reply bot!A total scam!

Very bad app. Promote me to registered app can redeem welcome pack, but I don't even get anything. That's fine..I want to top up also cannot. Keep run out error.

uninstalled in less than 2 minutes - apps kept crashing/black screen when locating my location/nearest store location.

Went and install since recommended on table. then encounter Black Screen Of Death upon setting up location. who develop this ah? release without proper test?
