Terrible company to deal with! Their help desk are not helpful! They took out way more money from my account than I signed up for! They claim monthly fees in US$ and still take out more than I agreed. They will know from my IP address and setting that I'm in New Zealand! Lesson learnt - always screen shot before paying. Paid through PayPal - that was a mistake too! No help there either. Canceled their PayPal subscription the minute I spotted the theft! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS OUTFIT!

Absolutely bad company. Why didn't i read the reviews??!!! I had same problem as many others - misleading payment scheme- charged for 6 months when thought it was one month and the fact no cooling off time is ridiculous. There is no help from customer service and that was several days after i saw the charge to my bank. 238.80$ au for this app? no way would i have paid this knowingly. other companies would happily refund but not be2. All i can do is warn others to read reviews...speaks volumes!

After registering for "FREE" and answering all this personal questions, you can't see any profile pictures unless I upload my own. Fair enough, so I uploaded mine. And received messages. But can't read them or reply or even see profile pictures unless I pay the members plan fee, also can't like any profiles until I pay. Fee starts at $80 AUD a month or $300 AUD for 6 months. Can't even check it out for a trial period to see if any good. I think the best option is to DELETE. Also app freeze a lot

Very disappointing & overpriced. Your search preferences mean nothing - as it does not filter out your search OR who can view your profile OR worse, who can send you messages. Your inbox gets a message for EVERY person who viewed your profile, and theres no way of stopping this. Faulty app. I regret subscribing. I continue to receive email notifications after unticking these notification boxes. No support received after sending 2 emails. Much better dating apps out there for much much less.

The app is not free and you have to become a premium member just to see people's photos and be able to message them. So I decided to become a member, only to realise that the app has a number of issues. I wanted to withdraw from the service within the 14 day cooling down period and sent both a fax and email and still haven't gotten a response in over a week. Also, they do not make it completely clear how much you are paying. I thought it was around €20 but then saw that I was charged €179.

It really is a scam. They make it easy to sign up not so easy to opt out. You have to send customer servece a signed letter to cancel your subscription. I emailed them to cancel my subscription and they waited until it was less than 7 days before my renewal date to reply. Then the told me I had to cancel 7 days before renewal and wanted another 50 euro off me. As soon as that wasn't paid they wanted another 11 euro late fee off me.

I wish I had read the reviews before joining. This is a money-grabbing scam. Prices for subscription are very misleading, when it says an amount for 6 months they actually mean weekly for 6 months. I tried to cancel as soon as I saw how much had been charged from my account, same day and didn't interact with anyone on the site. But customer service were not helpful, and I am now $300 out of pocket, not the $12.49 I thought it was going to be. Very difficult to unsubscribe!

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE - Still trying to take my money months after cancelling and getting aggressive with it. It is also very difficult to cancel. I wrote to them in Luxembourg and that does not appear to have worked. Subscription rates are misleading There are better sites and apps out there. Use anything but this!! UPDATE -DIFFICULT TO CANCEL. DON'T USE Despite their offer of assistance below they were no help and love threatening debt agencies. Paid them to preserve credit rating.
