It's pretty infuriating to use. Every time (many times a day) I open the app, I have to log in again. Just add a custom "time out"/"auto logout after" setting in preferences (and let us change it to NEVER). The other thing is if you go to a future date, then click an activity, then go "back", it takes you ALL THE WAY back to the current day, rather than the day you were looking at. UPDATE: new version changes the logo and doesn't fix any bugs. I recommend using the website rather than the app

Wish I could see the calender version of opportunities upcoming to sign up for because I prefer looking at them in that way. However it is easy to use and a good version compared to using a web browser and simple. WOULD BE BETTER IF... it could sync with your phone calendar to automatically add volunteer shifts to main phone calendar and I hope they read this and consider adding that.

I have no idea what has changed in 8 days cause no I can't see schedule, nor sign up for shifts cause its only the main page. You use to be able to go to "opportunities" to view everything and log your hours and your shift info and its just my main page of name and my own info. Sent an email and have not received any response. I tried on my iPad as well and same thing. I have Uninstalled then re-installed. No idea what is happening and I would like to see what volunteer shifts are open

The app works great. Very easy to use; I only spend a minute to update my hours or view my total hours. The support for this app is phenomenal! I updated my Pixel 3XL phone to Android 10 on release day and a few days later downloaded this app. It crashed so i emailed them on a Friday afternoon and got a response back in minutes. By Monday morning they had the app working.

Admittedly, I only use this app for a very specific reason, but what it does for me, it does wonderfully. I only want to pick the time I want to work, then see what days are available, and it does it beautifully for my organization. And adding and removing a shift is pretty easy too. Like I said, it's a very specific usage, but it's great for my purposes.

This app is NOT user friendly and I have exhausted well over 15minutes trying to navigate through to no avail. I simply want to schedule my volunteer shift but there's no headway at all. I was even wondering if it required payment as I observed the button for making payment. Kindly show a way, thanks. So I just downloaded my impact app directly through playstore and it works perfectly well with an entirely DIFFERENT user interface compared to going through the website to the app.

It seems like everytime I open this app it has forgotten my username and password and I need to login again. Given this enforces some silly password requirements it means I've always forgotten the password and therefore need to open up my email to find my username and then reset the password.. extremely annoying. As a result I'll be removing this app and just use the browser given it can handle the extremely simple task of remembering credentials.

Hi, I have issue with this app when adding the second organization to my account, as my second organization is not visible and I cant see my hrs and add them to my profile. It only shows my first organization info. It's so frustrating as I dont see any customer service number nor email address for trouble shouting.
