This app is super convenient for not only browsing VPL's catalogue, but also viewing your profile and organizing your items. I'm currently using a Samsung galaxy S20 and have no problems with slow loading times or lag. Also, the "on-order" tab is VERY useful for browsing through the latest material vpl has to offer!

I have this app for both phone and tablet, but mainly use it on my phone. It is great as it gives me a digital card so that if I don't have my wallet with me, I can still check out items. Now that it allows multiple cards, I can switch to my child's account whenever I need to use her card number.

The app is good, but I uninstalled because the app is collecting unnecessary information from my device. They need to remove some of the 'required app permissions' then I would think of reinstalling. Call logs? Really?

Slow since update. Ever since they updated the app it's very slow and is unable to find Library resources quickly or at all

Why does it need access to my camera, phone, etc? Too intrusive. Just upgraded to the latest... So slow it's unusable ☹️

Can not log me in since after registration, keep popping "we're having trouble loading data."

Doesnt work. Cant log in. It used to work but stoppe recently.

Good start for VPL. Wish the app can automatically sign you in once the app is activated and is on a dashboard style page similar to the (my borrowing) wish the library card barcode can be more accessible to users.
