Unable to sync with my Garmin App. Tried all the steps in the review here. Sync, Unsync, alllow permissions, restart phone, clear cache. Even the password change request took almost 12 hours to receive the email. Please improve this app, or else stop asking people to do challenges with your app when you can barely do the basics, that is, to get the app to sync !!!. Please don't waste our time.!! And I have a coperate steps challenge that starts tomorrow.

App does not sync with Samsung Health since 01/08/24. Obviously it's the app problem since it was fine before I opted for to pay for T-shirt in one of their challenges. Tried reinstalled and all permissions enabled but to no avail. Felt like being scammed for no reason. Review will remain until they provide a proper explanation behind this issue.

Have already update to latest version for both book doc and Google fit. But still cannot sync. Already allow in apps permission for physical activities as being suggested, but still failed. Already Email 2 times, But never reply. I Never miss 10k step for the challenge. Now miss because of bad apps. Just waste of time

The app stop syncing since 1 Aug. Happened the same earlier when I joined some programs but was not resolved. Burned all the points that I should have received. Hmmm.. not going to change the rating if I lose the points.

The dev responded quite fast and after reading the reviews. The syncing problem is quite general after the updates. It took few days ro properly sync, so all good now. Nice job to the dev team.

I initially gave this app a low rating because it wouldn't sync properly with my Google Fit app. I received a very rapid response by text, phone and email. Very impressive! It seems mine was not an isolated problem. I had to enable autostart for both apps, disconnect the app on Google Fit, then connect to Google Fit via the app itself. Now it syncs the current day's steps etc. but alas not the previous days' data. I'd give it a higher rating otherwise.

Steps inaccurate. Few times i ran and walk more than 10km but this app recorded only around around 2k+ steps??. Does it make sense? Also can't sync google fit where the record is much accurate. Today total distance 22km.. and yet only recorded 3881 steps. This apps is totally not recommended. Disappointing! Other apps works perfectly well but not BookDoc. Doesn't sync well with Google Fit
