Meh. Content is good, but the app for the Samsung TV is glitched. And there's no auto play feature for the phone app. So you have to go in and hit play for the next episode manually every time, which is a pain. It doesn't have a skip recap or intro option, which most apps do now. It also doesn't remember your subtitle preferences, so you have to turn those back on for every episode. All in all, the content is good, but the app itself seems way out of date. They have some catching up to do.

UPDATE THIS APP!!!!! It may not have been intended to work with the Chromecast with Google TV, but it did work on my 4K one. I upgraded to the new Google Streamer and the app will not launch any longer, PLEASE update and make it compatible with Android TV devices. I really enjoy Britbox, and want to keep enjoying it without having to use a clunky casting method instead of a better TV based one.

If you renew your subscription through Google Play you will have nothing but troubles! It tells you to log into the app to confirm purchase, but once you get to Britbox no mechanism exists to confirm-- just asks you to subscribe there. Once you contact Britbox it is bot hell! You give them proof u already paid and "we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours"--- 6 days later and they are still "working on it". "We'll get back to you".

please update the app to include the ability to minimize and run over other apps!! I hate having to pause my show every time any other app needs attention! otherwise great.

Need captions on streaming marathons. Work with other major streamers develop a standard symbol set and display the symbols with each thumbnail on the home and show pages. develop and display symbols for 1a-all episodes included in subscription for current or 1b-different channel; 2a-after teaser, other episodes must be rented or bought in current or 2b-other channel.; 3a-shows or series must be rented or bought from current or 3b-other channel 4a-special offers, time limited. You're welcome.

I have a Brit Box app subscription through Roku and have the app downloaded on my samsung and watch my shows when I'm away from all a sudden it wants a pass word and it will not accept the Ruko password and I can't remember how I logged on before. Need help on getting back on my samsung.

BritBox is not working/launching on the new Google TV Streamer. In fact the app is now gone from the Play Store. Please fix. Thanks for fixing the app. It works great! Thanks also for all the wonderful shows.

goggle why can't this app be updated when the manufacturer has apps on the phone I don't want/use.remove them! Why isn't there a way to update my info on Britbox there's no way to update the info & when I tried to get Goggle to help I was told to get in touch w/Britbox when I tried chat w/Britbox still nothing couldn't get a link emailed to me to update my info.why isn't there a number for Britbox & Goggle listed? I prefer talking to a live person not texting.
