I have the app on my Android phone and tablet, and I am watching Sky on TV. Nothing synching between the devices for last watched or saved TV shows. After the commercial, app on the phone or the tablet, will drop an error message in the screen with the show playing in the background. Closing error message, exist the show. Comercials can be shipped after 30 sec or so on the phone and tablet app but not on TV. Very inconsistent. Didn't have issues accessing it abroad. Room for improvement.

When compared to others, this app is lacking! Can't watch when travelling or recorded shows. Even if in home country, but use VPN for security while staying in hotel, most of the time it doesn't connect. Netflix, Disney and others, allow you use their app while travelling plus allow security of VPN. If you watch shows, you are forced to watch 30secs of ads; something you don't have to on SkyQ. Overall, very disappointed considering the money paid for subscription. Improvement needed.

Whilst offering good access to live sport and films (at a very high price), the very poor, freezing on adverts when starting to watch a programme 50% of the time, then going no longer than 10 minutes without having the picture freeze, which then involves going off that stream, and opening it again, resulting in another advert, which also freezes. Poor support for different android devices, it crashes every time the keyboard of my OnePlus tablet is connected or disconnected, not recommended

I would like to see an improvement whereby when I tap back on my phone I go back to the options it came up with when I searched for a given programme. At the moment it goes right back to the beginning and you have to type in the same search request, and in so doing start all over again, which is quite frustrating. Thank you

App has so much potential, yet falls short in areas. For a long time I've been having issues with watching recordings - lots of buffering, error messages & being kicked out, as well as screen being dark, even when phone brightness is max. The best way I found to reduce buffering was to repeatedly force stop & clear cache. I was forced to update app today & both buffering & darkness are even worse, unbearable to watch...or try to!! It would also be great to be able to get subtitles in recordings

An embarrassment of an app. Considering how much Sky charge they make it difficult to find what you want, shove adverts in your face when you start and don't allow pause or starting at the beginning of a broadcast. This is basic stuff that even Premier Sports can do. Rights holders should take their sports elsewhere so we can get a decent experience and not this half hearted attempt. Their Steam box is little better.

Not only does sky cost a lot but out of all the channels you do have not one of them has a decent series or film to watch. The only sky channel that is on in our house is nickelodeon hardly worth having, if it weren't for my boys I would have canceled years ago. The sky go app is annoying keeps loading and booting me out when it loads the adverts the ad plays ok but causes the actual series I'm watching to crash. Sky has been around for years yet are worse much worse than the netflix
