The app is almost as bad as the software function. Deposits held for days longer than other CC processors. Claims made that deposits were made by ACH instead of the credit card payment shown on the receipt. Limited customization, lack of staff knowledge, and having to go to multiple screens to find all of the customer account info needed. The only thing it does well is keep a record of phone conversations IF the client calls you. Have had issues blamed on "a glitch in the system" on more than one occasion. I do not recommend this software to any business owner.

Just don't do it. Had housecall pro. Boss is cheap and to save a couple dollars switched us to this. Want to piss off your techs and office? Get this. Contact info, uploaded documents and previous visit internal notes just disappear. Taking payments in the field with their system is a nightmare. Try to adjust a price? Good luck. Try to add new charges on a draft upon adding work to the order. Better do all that before a customer is near you. The list could go on but I think I've made my point.

Like everyone else or it seems to be, once you open it if you can, it takes getting use to. It is easier to uninstall the app then reload it. It is quicker that way instead of waiting. Also, when you search a new it might not show up, go to a different section then go back, the name finally shows up. Must not be paying their IT department!!

I like this system allot but the App is frustrating. At this very moment I have been waiting for over 15 minutes for my app to open and need to send out three estimates and cannot because the app won't open. When it works I like it alot but it seems to be much better on a laptop or computer than on the phone.

Our business has spent way too much money on this app for it to work so poorly. If a client schedules with multiple people, it creates a group chat, which is very confusing and will include sometimes private conversations between clients and trainers. I am not always notified if a client has reached out and therefore have missed scheduling opportunities. Clients have had countless issues trying to schedule and being over charged. Sometimes trainers are unable to see a conversation at all

I don't know what update happened on the desktop last week, but I can't link the social sites at all. Same error code, regardless of what browser I use.... Same issue from the app. Been in contact with tech support for 4 days (on the desktop version). Still waiting to get it working.

9.18.20 App not been updated, still unable to use in spite of being billed monthly by company. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED! Don't have time to deal with incredibly poor application, lack of updates demonstrates lack of caring overall 7.29.20 Continuous problems with app opening and crashing for months. Techs were able to make changes after several weeks app worked for a couple of weeks. Back to non-functioning, useless app. Unable to access customer messages and information. Frustrating!!!

Will not load ... just says loading . Tries on 2 phones one with Verizon Wireless the other with Straight Talk one phone is a Samsung Galaxy s6, the other a motorcycle z play. Customer service assured me they wold fix the issue but up to this point that have not. So far we have not seen any benefit to this service. We were assure that we would not be charged until this issue was resolved. However, we were still charged the $199.00 for a whole month of service and haven't even used the program
