The app is useful. I installed for Smartwatch for my child to track location while at school and when going on field trips with classmates. It syncs well with the device and shows all the data in real time accurately enough for me to figure out the child's location.

GPS location wrong!!!!!!!!! Watch is physically at home, but GPS showing that watch is in the move or on totally different locaton!!!!!! Very very very dissatisfied!!!!!!

Had some problems with a new update, app started crashing and lost some data, but the problem was resolved within a day of releasing the faulty update. Overall good reaction time of support and app performance. If device had some more memory and didn't reset data at midnight it would be great. But for that price range can't expect that I guess.

UPDATE: Watch now only intermittently respond touch!! All instructions are wholly insufficient. No guide to icons or any troubleshooting that even at a very basic level, you would expect. So I can't work out if my watch is faulty, incorrectly configured, or if it's an app issue. Either way, it's extremely frustrating & too much like hard work trying to navigate through this app. Not that it will matter once I've returned the watch. Which I'm no doubt going to.

Hello, The application is not supporting to this Jondy KW-44. Unable to connect to application and GPS not working. Can't take any video calls either. Please advise.

The tracking is absolutely rubbish, and it shows the location miles away. Never shows the exact location.

The app is just trash, lost all information from the bracelet on day two, it says that I only slept 1 hour last night???, I have literally been wearing it for two days constantly connected to the phone and it only has information about the last few hours! The bracelet (sb41) is bad as well, the battery lasts about 33% of what is advertised and requires constant recharging. I'm going to the vendor to return it.

I am very satisfied with the smart bracelet Canyon st01. It is simple, but it does the work that I need. Its most important function for me is the SOS button, which makes a phone call. Since I had a smart watch two years ago, a watch that only sent silent notifications, I was very worried that the same will happen with this bracelet. I did have some trouble in the beginning, but the Canyon team was very helpful and they kept sending me instructions, so now it works perfectly. I hope they will continue producing similar devices.
