Very nice, clean, and organized library with plenty of different things to check out like CDs, video games, board games, audio books, even a wifi hotspot! Etc. very helpful and outgoing staff in Waukesha! The app itself is great as well! It's easy to use and navigate through and very informative about services, events and locations of libraries also easy to sign up for events and hold items for you to check out! Keep up the great work Waukesha library AND bridges library cafe staff/tech's!👌👍🙂

New update is AWFUL (July 2023). Search isn't accurate, can't request a hold for ebooks, 60% of the time the Account section shows a blank screen, My Checkouts doesn't allow for easy renewal. The previous version was at least functional. This version doesn't work.

July 2023 update SUCKS. I can no longer see how many renewals I have left. Reading history is only viewable oldest to newest. The layout and style feels very 2000s and not in a good way. You still can't add books to lists like you can on the website. C'mon Library, you can do better than this.

Would have given it more, but wiping out my account settings on an update is good for losing two stars. It's enough of a mistake that, if I had any other option, I'd delete the app.

The latest update is terrible! I can't search no matter what I do to find a book. I can't tell how many renewal I have on my items. Useless!

NOT recommended for adults and especially not for children who are commonly targeted for cyber crime and ID theft. Exceedingly insecure. App blocks good cyber hygiene practices and only allows extremely simple passwords that are easily hacked for stolen ID. Password reset also blocks use of password managers and good passwords as well as blocking pasting of secure passwords which further limits passwords to those that are easily hacked. Avoid this app if you want to reduce risk of cyber crimes.

Account setup doesn't work. Will not allow me to add my library card. So cannot access my account.
