I was perfectly fine with this app before the update forced a user to provide their location at all times, and also required permission to view my nearby devices. There is no reason on Earth why a panini restaurant should need that information when you can simply type your zip code in and search for a location to order pickup from. Uninstalled and will no longer be using this app unless they fix the unnecessary data requirements issue.

I'm fine with the app requiring location services for making the ordering experience more streamlined, but the recent update that caused the app to constantly be running and polling location is leaving me uneasy and annoyed. Generally, I'm all for online ordering and the loyalty program migrating to the app, but if the location bug isn't fixed I'll be uninstalling and not continuing to go to the stores.

I'm not sure what is happening with this app. I get asked to update the app and I click on ok but nothing happens. Then, I try to make an order and I can't get past putting in the time of pickup. I have tried uninstalling and the reinstalling and I have the same issue. I am not happy. I love your food but this app sucks.

I have only tired to use this app to order twice was only successful once because I can't get past selecting a pick-up time and I'm not sure why the first time I got by it I don't know what I did to get the time to stay in the box to move on to placing an order

App is one of the best food ordering apps around. Rewards are super easy to use. However, for some reason with the new update the app seems to be running constantly -- Android is alerting me of that.

changing ingredients can only be done by typing changes and hoping they are seen. times seem unreliable. started an order and when I went to pay, it wanted an extra 25 minutes

I don't like being bullied into upgrading your app. I do not have room for the update. You want me to delete 3 apps that I use daily to update this app that screws me out of my points most of the time... gee, guess which 1 app is going to be deleted! This one!

Dont order online...always late! Slow service. Plus does not have a place for gift card online. Ordered 2x, had to remake order upon arrival.... no more tipping either.
