My app is completely updated and I do not have access to any map features (finding specific rides or food, viewing wait times, etc) because it says I need to update the app to use those features. I've deleted and reinstalled and it still does not work. The only thing I can use this app for is to show my pass to get into the park.

When you delete or try to change a reservation, it tells you that you have to many and need to delete one to add another, even after deleting all your reservations. Why have me add my season pass to my wallet in the app if when I'm trying to secure a reservation you need to add each season pass individually again, you should just be able to click on which one you want for the specific reservation.

Awful experience with interactive map, no reference point so we were always second guessing, no indication of North to understand where to go and the app took away my tickets after 6 pm with errors to add them again. Thankfully, I had the email and able to retrieve them from there. Really off dated capabilites. Waiting time were always inaccurate

For some reason you have to add your season pass to the app even after you purchase it and it even shows in the ticket category.. Also, downloaded the app just to make a reservation, but they redirected me back to the website.. Please fix it. It's not that difficult.

Why can't I simply make a reservation from the app? Why does it take me to a web page and then I have to enter all of my card numbers. Then I get an error.... every time??? So frustrating... app also says I have too many vouchers. When do my season passes, food and drink vouchers appear on my season pass and not as a voucher?? This app is not user friendly

My kids Pre-K passed mysteriously disappeared so we has to stand at the gate to reregister them. When we got inside the map refused to show me rides and restaurants and prompts for an update. But it looks like the only way to updateis through a download (rather than through play store). hmmm, no.

This app is worse than useless. It said the wait for a ride was 10 min, but it was actually 2 hours. Why even have this if it doesn't work? ------- Update - I'm revising my review. The line was actually 45 minutes; there was some mess-up with the lining-up process. But the app still didn't have a wait time for the ride? Weird.
