Ironically, the "Report a bug" link in the app doesn't work. There is also no obvious option to turn off the vibrations every time you select something in the app. It also does not provide details/fine print for rewards. You'll get a confirmation email saying you have a reward but it includes a different description than in the app. The email implies there are restrictions, but it is not detailed in the app.

App will only give rewards if 150 points are earned in a single transaction, not once accumulated in smaller spectrums. I was told that every 150 you get a reward, but I'm at 285 with nothing rewarded. The one time my ticket was over 150, I did receive my reward. This is not a review against the staff AT ALL because they're great and I love them, but the app needs some TLC

Just tried to use for the free appetizer as advertised and could not get it to work properly. Said I was not near a big whiskey and would not let me check in when I was sitting at a table. Made sure the app had location information access and still would not work. Waitress said there is nothing she could do.

This app is awful. Half the time the free appetizer doesn't work, and the order process for car side pick up never works. It also shows orders complete when they are not.

Last update is terrible. I open the app it updates and around 80% it goes all white and stops. That's it. I cannot log in any longer.
