I've found this app to be incredibly frustrating when dealing with a high volume of orders. While it might perform adequately for smaller tasks, it simply doesn't scale well when the workload increases. The app often lags, crashes, or fails to process orders efficiently, leading to significant delays and errors. This is unacceptable for any business trying to manage a large number of transactions.

The new update screws up everything. I'm always travelling and app forced change to the country that I'm travelling. Now the login token expired and I can't login even with multiple tries. Software update supposed to make things better but this one gone down the drain. Do you even have a team to do testing before releasing update? It was perfect before now it's trash. Why change something that is working fine? Want a make it looks nicer? Well it's ugly and useless now.

The only reason for 4 stars is because when I buy using a voucher, it's not counted as 'collected cup' even when you're already at 'Zus Elite'. I had to forfeit many vouchers because of this. Further, I save more by buying a combo with puff (my fav) rather than using a voucher. A 10% voucher saves me about RM1 only, whereas the 'puff combo' saves me RM3!

I love ZUS coffee, but the payment system needs to be improved. I paid RM30, being deducted but not appearing in the Zus system. I checked my account again after a week, and there was no refund from ZUS. I received a birthday voucher. when I wanted to redeem, it had already expired. Something wrong with the voucher system?

It's ridiculous they don't allow us to use the buy 1 get 1 free voucher because you have already used the referral code. Seems like they are not giving vouchers willingly. It's also ridiculous we are not able to claim points when I chose to pay at the cashier instead of through the app.

I have a very bad experience with the chat agent. I received wrong item and I would like to make a complaint. I didn't get any reply from the chat agent after the agent is connected 30 minutes. Then I try to contact using WhatsApp that provided but it says I'm active in the app chat and ask me to continue in the app. But there was no any reply in the app so how do I can continue!!! No one is replying!!!

I've saved my points for over a year and still have about 860++ points. That is, until zus decided that I don't need it anymore and removed all my points. Even the one that I just gained from the daily check ins. The points in other apps I've used, like shopee and 7eleven, will expire gradually, but not for zus. U don't use your points on time? SAY GOODBYE TO ALL OF THEM. What a joke. Cmon zus, fix your points/rewards system

Please freaking fix ur customer support. I tried whatsapp, Facebook messenger, Facebook comment, email, in app chat. No 1 response in 24 hours. Whatsapp and messenger stuck in infinity bot chat. It keeps asking me to select from menu, and after select, it said I have have an active conversation and asked me to continue there, when I typed something the menu pop up again. I am very disappointed now I can't even enter the app
