Please fix the crashing issue. Ever since the last update, when I go to sign in, the app crashes. I visit the app daily to pray for my sponsored child. I can pray without the app, but it would be nice if you could fix the crashing issue.

Suddenly stopped sending prayer notifications. It was a great app, yes a little slow at times, but great none the less. But about a week ago, months of it working correctly, it just stopped sending prayer notifications. I have checked my phone and the app, everything is set as it should be.. sent email to compassion and they replied with the typical uninstall and try again, blah.. still doesn't work.

I can see what they are trying to do with this app and that concept is 5 stars! However the execution isn't so great. It is complicated to try to find my kids' letters to read and it is slow to load once I click on something (I don't even know if it registered my click sometimes until it suddenly starts loading like 10 seconds later). I do love that I can send a letter or pictures pretty easily. That is helpful for me to stay in touch with my compassion kids.

This app was wonderful when it had everything that you needed in it. They changed it and now it's not convenient. It redirects you to a browser that you have to log-in again in order to write to my sponsored child. What's the point of having an app then? I hope they change it back they way it was first designed. Then I will install it again.

Do not like this new version, it redirects you to compassion website in order to carry out any tasks within the app and then makes you login every time, with each task. The app is now useless and pointless. When every thing is redirected to the website, why have the app at all? The old version was better, except having a direct tab to letter history. In order to get to the letter history, you had to start a new draft. That was my only complaint with the old version. This new version, is just terrible. Had high hopes for it. Now I'm stuck with this new version. Wish I could uninstall the update. Very very disappointed.

Does not work after recent updates. I'm currently on 4.7.1 and after logging in, the app seems fine. When I return later all I get is a full white screen with a feedback option at the bottom. Nothing else. Clearing cache and data works once then back to white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled works once then back to white screen. The latest update broke the app. Edit: June 5th and the app still does not work. Now on version 4.7.2 and white screen issue remains.

Doesnt alert for new mail, then when you do get some you cant open it.

Won't let me log in to my account. Have to do a reset every time I try to access. It's getting old. Thought the log in bugs were fixed. Guess not. Getting to the point that Im going to just stop trying. Its become very hard to write to the child because of it. I love the organization, but the app is garbage.
