App doesn't load 99% of the time; has a spinning circle on the map after sign in. It took a payment and booking, but no taxi turned up, we called twice and after asking for a refund, they said one would be with us in a couple of minutes

Poor customer service. Poor app quality and user friendliness. Only reason for using this service is because there are no other options in the area. The estimated time is never right. No visibility on any cars nearby or not. Once you book it could be right outside or you wait for 20 25mins. If it says 15mins, consider 25mins standard. No feedback loop option unless you call Abba cars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Prebooked a taxi over an hour in advance, it said everything was confirmed and took my money out, time comes around and the app says its still trying to contact a driver for the trip. Called up, terrible customer service, tried saying it was my fault that they couldn't find a taxi, I was about 15 minutes outside the city which is why I booked so early. Zero accountability for their poor planning.

Booked a taxi for 5.50 this morning, to get me to the station. Gave a good 15 mins, plus, extra ime to make it to my train. At 6.03 it was still 13 mins away. Absolutely no use to me. Ended up driving, despite having an injured back. Will get UBER next time.

I forgot my password, did the forgot my password option, the app had the wrong mobile number somehow? I corrected it and it said it had sent me a text message, it hadn't. Tried that 3 times and now when I open the app it says my device is blacklisted and closes. No use at all. I had to call for a taxi and got a message straight away saying the car was on it's way. An hour and a half later...nothing. I called again and was told there were no cars in the area! Basically, not great.

{23/12/2022}.. Love the new interface [new edit]..the sms mesage confirming booking includes a url to a website hosting a map (taxi's gps real-time) Black listed? (old)..Awesome app. Would be nice if, after you book a taxi over the phone, the booking was visible in the app...

Brilliant app but since I got a new phone will not let me install the app keeps saying this device is blacklisted have phone abba a few times they said they would look into it but no response after two weeks very disappointed as I use to use the app a lot hope they see this msg and help sort it lost without it

Poor. Wanted access to my location - not a problem, also wanted access to my device photos, files and media - erm I don't think so!!! Beware any app that asks for access it doesn't strictly need! Deleted
