After the last update I wasn't even able to use an app. It doesn't let me start a parking session so I have to activate it by phone and then, I I'm not able to end the session, cause when I tap a red button, the app gets closed and same happens when I try to add some funds to my account P.s. ok ok ...i give 4 stars, cause the issues were fixed after log out/log in. It works now!

Needs to put park a friend on the main screen as a second button to press other than start session. Should be able to more plates that already belong to family members. Either option would prevent people from making a mistake and getting a violation ticket by accident. Needs better payment options like being able to pay with more than one credit card. Changing from a personal credit card to a corporate credit card is a complete hassle.

Great app. Can park yourself or help a friend park. Easy to load money when your account is below the cost of next parking estimate. Would be good if the app picks up the location where you parked so you don't have to update the parking location number 😊

Ad hoc, there is no way to end the parking session. Ad hoc that I couldn't pay from the app even though I have balance with my account. The system showed my account with a 1 cent balance only. Then later it adjusted automatically. Because of that, I had to add funds ($25) to my account prior to starting the parking session. I got the response from them that there was no refund and nothing wrong with their system...

I don't usually have issues with this app, And any issues I do have are nothing compared to the ease of being able to sit in the salon chair and renew my parking without having to go do it in person.

I've experienced quite a few bugs with this app, but the latest one is that there is no payment confirmation screen. I submit a payment, and the screen goes white. It's successful, but there's no way to know. Another quality of life feature would be to save your payment info so you can just add funds with the click of a button. It sucks when you need to add funds and don't have your credit card handy. At LEAST the payment form should have an auto fill option for saved credit cards on Google.

Good app. One improvement would be to allow people to customize how much "add funds" they wish to add as a selectable option in addition to default values.

I used to use this to park at school when it was the epark app and I never had any issues. Since it has switched over I haven't been able to use it at ANY parking in edmonton. I have tried using it in zones downtown and whyte ave and it has always said that the zone is unavailable to park at even when the signs say it is an alright time to park there. I would give this negative stars if I could. It is much easier to just pay on the epark website rather than the apps. Don't bother downloading.
