Can't even to sign in otp recived but app is saying otp error. This is not the way to run the buisness by engaging customers to avoid warranty claims. Or should i go to consumer forum to address this type of fraud and false misleading advertisements.

A fraud Camera is not working so I installed this app for complaint. Till after 3 days it shows registration is under process No one is replying on mail id complain also. No one pick up the helpline number . In my opinion company is a fraud

Worst experience. Registration under verification for now more than 24 hrs not complete. Their is no helpline number on their site who help us. I buy 1 camera in urgent basis but no benifits.

Have purchased one camera CP V48A. on 20 Dec 2023. Right from beginning it is not performing. If you raise a complaint by mail, they call me and reply that t he problem is resolved. Worst service after supplying a defective camera
