Update: the newest version as of 10/22/24 works well. It's a cleaner interface, and it looks like it will be expandable to include functions that are desperately needed, like paperwork review. That one feature would eliminate so much headache.

App is useless for paperless transmissions. It only allows you to upload or take a photo. My BCBS allows me to download my EOB to a file but the app does not have any access to downloaded files only photos and the camera. I am not going to take a screenshot of each EOB to submit. It should be able to access my EOB download file.

The app is *almost* useless by design. It's easy enough to submit receipts, but you can't do anything else worthwhile. You can not: check your account balance, see actual images previously uploaded, check the status of reimbursements, check your card status, or see rejections/reasons to guide submitting additional supporting documents.

Would be so much more helpful to be able to browse folders for previously loaded files. Better yet, have access to browse to Google Drive or One Drive where I have up saved scans. If I can figure out which folder it opens to, then it works great for uploading.

This app has gotten better in the past 6 months or so. You can now see past claims and their status. Though, I currently am not able to submit a new claim and take the picture of my documentation through the app. This previously worked, but now it's not. It seems it may be lacking the permissions to use the camera. I hope they keep making more information available through it so that it can be used in place of their desktop website. I will update my rating once I can use my camera in-app.

App is not good at all. Would not let me register from phone. I went registered on Laptop, then tried my user and password to login on the mobile app I received the same error code. My phone is up to date on updates.

Absolutely awful. Zero instructions on what they want submitted for a claim. No claim number or submitted number to be used to track the status of your claims. "Action Needed" is labeled with $0.01 balance and a date of 01/01/1900 so you have no idea what claims are rejected and why. 3 or more inaccurate errors trigger as a result (ex: Direct Deposit Info Needed error triggered when DBS confirmed after a phone call that they had this info on file). Been trying to get my HRA money for MONTHS...

Dont know why everyone has such issues. It's always worked well for me across multiple phones even. Keep up the good work on the app!
