Since this is a marketplace-like app, the app doesn't guarantee the driver's credentials nor the punctuality. The driver can cancel your job even at the very last minute. The customer service team can't do anything but to tell you that "sorry. would you like to book another day instead?" There's no confirmation service between the app and the driver; you have take care of the confirmation on your own. If the driver cancel then you are out of luck.

First of all, I'm really impressed with how communicative the customer service. They immediately inform us when the driver seemed to be unable to finish the order and actually tried to find replacer driver. And most important, I did not expect that customer will get a text on whatsapp informing to report in case there is any difference in the driver's detail. It means deliveree really put much concerns with customer's goods safety. Thumbs up!
