miss the old app thought it was neat how we could share photos of our pets however this app is by far more professional and seems to make more sense

This is such a handy app. I've booked various types of appointments, logged diary entries and read up on useful articles. Messages go through to the vet receptionist very quickly.

The magic link email comes in, but does nothing when I click on the link. If I click on Change password, when I save I get a message An error occurred. Nothing else seems to work.

I had an emergency with my staffy terrior and they got him rite in and they were amazing I can't say enough good things about them my money was and always is tite but they work with me on paying them they are awesome period

So far so bad. Both the password reset and magic link requests sends a magic link that opens the Play Store Instead of the actual app. From there I can open the app but it doesn't do anything, I'm stuck on the page to send the magic link. You can get around it by using the link at the bottom of the email "If you want to change your password instead, click here" but this bug should be fixed. Now I'm in the app and I see no way to add additional providers.

Best app for pet parents to use and connect with their veterinary care provider. It's free to use and the advantages are huge! From adding all of your pets, including all of their details to creating their own personal diaries. The best of it is that you can keep a history of all of their visits to the vet. Seeing is believing so, I recommend downloading it and trying it. 10/10!!!
