85% of the time cant clock in clock out due to system failure. But when using ios device, the problem rarely happen. Please fix something about this. My android device are expensive than any iphone and its better but why this happen?

Horrible...Always need to restart my phone, then the app can recognise my location eventho Im already inside my office...Last few days, need to wait more than 15min just to clock out...Finish work at 6.30pm and I suppose to go back asap but due to this app system error, I need to wait 20mins then I can go back

Time tracking gps are awfull. My company been using it for 1 week everyday have problem when clock in and clock out. Radius point so small not thinking that phone have flaws on gps and often not accurate 100%. I stand in front of my office for 15 minutes just to clock out/clock in every days. I have to walk 15 minutes every days just to clock in/clock out. It help for HR but not for employees we have problem every day. I ask HR to point the gps like 7 spot in my site . Non of the point can clock

Not user friendly and keep says device not in range while clock in which causes delays for clock in.
