This app is absolutely amazing for finding triggers, but I have two issues, one of which is probably one because it's a new feature. One, the safe watching guide, which is imcredibly helpful, is only on one movie, that being John Wick. The second, and more glaring issue, is that many things are locked behind a paywall. even the ability to vote on potential triggers have all been locked behind a yearly subscription. I get you have to make money, but this feels kinda scummy.

I find this app really helpful to guide movies if I should watch them or not, or if I need to mentally prepare for anything. I also made an account so I can add more movies/ shows. It's very simple just looking up the movie or show and you can change settings to just get certain triggers. Or movies with out triggers.

I have a very niche trigger that has made it very difficult to watch movies as I never know when it can show up. Does the dog die has proven to be incredibly helpful in avoiding me having a breakdown! I won't rate it 5 stars as there are some things locked behind a pay wall that kinda blows (like the ability to block spoilers) but I still will recommend this to anyone like me whose been too scared to watch so many movies out of fear of being triggered!

I'm really glad that this website and app exist. It's clearly geared more towards film and tv since it seems harder to find information in regards to books - especially books that've been made into tv programmes and films (for some odd reason). If you're one of those people that prefer to read the book first and then (maybe) watch the film, this could be a bit disappointing in that aspect. Other than that, I don't think the app varies much from the site. I find the app more convenient.

This app is an incredibly useful resource for anybody who has potential triggers that could pop up in media. Though it's a paid app, it's worth it to enjoy the space with no ads and easy access to a database that can potentially ease a lot of people's potential discomfort, ranging from identifying physical trauma, emotional trauma, and of course dogs dying. The app itself is incredibly comprehensive and easy to navigate. Easy recommendation on my part!

Thanks for your response! No, when I looked at a film, my pinned triggers were kind of scattered amongst the full list of triggers. I uninstalled the app because the main thing I wanted to find warnings for (brain tumors) is not an available option at this time, but if you ever add that I would absolutely redownload, even with the other issue I was having.

Wonderful trigger information that really should be included along with the ratings for any movie or TV show! But, we don't have that yet, so this crowdsourced app is an excellent workaround. It's quick to look up what I'm about to watch and see if my saved triggers are present. And, it's easy to report triggers yourself.

I have PTSD and cant watch things related to that. This meant that I could just watch the amazing (if slightly odd) series that is 1899 and just skip the couple of minute long scenes (thanks to people posting the timestamps <3) instead of skipping the whole series! Whoever thought this up is a gem!
