Switching to Telia Dot drastically cut down my phone bills. The pay per use plan fits my phone habits perfectly. I use wifi at home and mobile data only when on the move. The app works as intended and the customer service was quick to answer my questions. The only thing missing is mobile ID, otherwise highly recommended!

Worked otherwise just perfect but there was really limited network coverage in my flat. Maybe it's Elisas territory as housing bundled broadband is theirs and their 4G works great. DNA also have similar problems. So I'm pretty much left without choice. EDIT: Yep. According the map there should be good coverage. And it is. You just need to go outside. It's new building which have Elisas monopoly it seems.

Extremely slow. Useless customer service that doesn't actually do anything to help or bother to read messages completely. Has no indicators which links are to websites and which inside the app. Only reason anyone would use this is that the service provider forces them to.

The principle is good, but it has not worked out for me, the internet is much slower than my previous Telia contract, and as my main useage is internet, with a low number of calls, it is not ideal, so I have just gone back to a montly package with Telia, having been able to negotiate a good price. For Telia Dot to work, it should offer better internet speeds for those with low call / text numbers.

Hello there. Wanted to do an update on my review. Still an amazing service. Affordable. If you have separate home internet and use dot internet sparingly. Ive had this for a few years now and every time ive had an issue it's been fixed relatively fast and Ive been compensated. I definitely recommend.

Hyvin minimaaliseen käyttöön varsin sopiva, mutta pääliittymää en siirtäisi Dottiin. Good for my very limited usage SIM but wouldn't move my main contract there. I would much rather get proper invoices to bank, than to use card payments.
