I like the idea and the app in general, but I have one feedback about notifications: Please add "categories" for "operational" notifications (such as car status etc) and "non-operational" notifications (such as deals, campaigns etc.). I understand that this is a way of mitigating churn, but please let people opt out of this if they really want to. I don't want to disable notifications altogether and then enable them just for the car rental to be informed about it.

Clearly in cost cutting mode. 1. impossible to talk to a human being except through app 2. If the app is broken or doesn't work, no way to contact them 3. App always fails on trying to charge an electric car. This is because you have to do it through the app. And the app always... always... gets stuck in the error "Car not charging". The car is plugged in, the plug is locked in the tower, and the tower says that the car is charging. And no more space in the review... terrible UX...

06/04/2021 edit: customer service registered me manually very fast, even though this was Easter holidays. Original review: I see a ton of Miles vehicle here where I live so it looks like it's working well. Unfortunately, the app is completely broken when it comes to registering: it requires users to upload their passport but it's unable to read the passport NFC. I contacted the customer service in August 2019, but only got an answer 12 days later. The the classical answer: please upgrade the app and try again. I gave up, but decided to give it another try this morning, after 6 months (on version 4.0). It's still broken at the same stage. To sum up: - broken app - slow customer service

beste App für Car Sharing competitors are 0 need to change my opinion here! used this app almost everyday for about 4 months they suspended my account I guess because I logged in with 2 different phones. I was obliged to go back walking with no train was awful and after that I can't still rent any car ! I'd recommend using their services. Cars are nice, you can park the car almost everywhere including where parking is paid normally. One thing though is that the distance they count is sometimes not in sync with google maps at least. It happened to me once that Google said it's 2km only for example and they have counted 4km even though I had no detour, but not a big deal and would highly recommend you using them

Overall great app. What would be really cool is some way to prepare my ride before starting. E.g. entering the destination in my phone while walking to the car for it to pop up in the navigation. I hate having to type it in and connecting my phone takes ages.

Got charged 15€ instead of 7€ :/ App says it costs 1.29€/km + 2€ unlock (for XL van) and then charges 15€ "minimum rate" instead of 7€ (3km). I checked again, nowhere in the app this minimum rate is mentioned. I find that pretty misleading. I hope they go back to transparent pricing, else I'd recommend their competitor (ShareNow) instead. Otherwise good cars, the newer ones even have a rear camera to assist with parking. Re their response: I still find it misleading that you hide that info.

Great service. Great opportunity for new license holders to practice, as well as experienced once to hire cars. The app is very simple and elegant to use. Takes less than 10 seconds to search and book a car
