When you want report a traffic violation it is impossible to attach a photo or a video that you took with your camera, instead you have to take photo only through this app, which doesn't have a zoom and has a very bad quality and it makes no sense since it takes a lot longer to open this app and go to the report traffic section, activate location and open the camera to attach the photos. Instead it should just let you attach a photo or a video that was taken directly with camera.

Every single time I try and report a violation, I go through the steps: Take the photo, write the comment, enter the otp, then nothing.... The app just goes into an endless loading loop. This has occurred on 4 several occasions throughtout the past 6 months, without a fix. Pretty much a useless app

Hi Dubai Police Hope You are doing well As a Security Officers we are facing one issue that when we are reporting wrong parking issues especially residents towers Sometimes some vehicles having Codes e.g ( CC AA ) It's not working in scaning number plate and it's showing call 991 and some time you will wait 10 to 15 minutes for scanning but still the same result Please Fix this issue this app is very useful for us it's make our work very easy.Thanks

The application is very straightforward, except for license plate scanning. Your have to try 20 times for the scan to work, and when it works, it displays wrong information and you have to do it all over again. People keep taking my personal parking space in my building and I can't report because of this

Fast service.. as a security guard, I feel it's very good app to remove vehicles who park illegally...but ISSUE is while scan the car number .. it's take long time to scan and sometime no scan .. especially the car number start with AA,BB ....dear admin kindly improve it ... Appreciated 🙏
