We've fixed several sync and display issues, improved timezone handling, and ensured devices show correct states. Scheduling now works better, including for Edge Oil and new laundry/cleaning modes. You can now edit created schemes. Fallback language defaults to English when needed. Security and codebase also updated.

I've had trouble with the app since getting the 360 heater, but it did get better, now that I've upgraded my phone the issues have started again, the app couldn't find the 360, after unplugging the heater for 5 mins and powering it up again, the app finally seen it, the heater is great, but without the app working it's pointless, it needs way more support to get it running properly

Products may be smart, but the Duux app is not: I created a login on the duux website first. In the app I then wanted to log in with the same email address: that completely valid email address was not accepted. It only worked when i registered as new user from within the app, i.e. with that same email address, after filling in a code that is sent by email. The password of my originally created login does not come into play -- weird. Furthermore 'connect to google assistant' does not work!

App is very bad. Gives error when saving device to account when connecting devices to wifi. Gives error when creating a new account because an email address isnt recognized as an email address. Very limited functionality. Automatically changes settings to random values when you try to set up a schedule.

Really poor app, decent dehumidifier. I bought it because it was 'smart', there are 2 modes - Auto and Continuous. Turns out Auto runs continuously. And you can't make it turn off and on on its own, and the schedules don't work, and registering for an account when you have devices paired deletes the devices. I'm going to uninstall it, I'd rather just turn it on and off manually. It's a pity, it dehumidifies really well. Just the interface of both the device and app are really poorly designed.

I agree with everyone else's 1* reviews for exactly the same reasons. A great product, but a horrendous cloud system. (Despite many people criticising the app, it is reasonably good, BUT, it links to 'Cloudgarden.nl' - a vertical greenhouse vendor). Their servers are being used here to connect the app to the unit, and the server is VERY slow and keeps timing out. This stops the log in code reaching one before being timed out AND that data doesn't reach the unit from the phone. UTTER RUBBSH

Product is good: works quietly and stably. However the app is quite terrible. UX/UI is really bad. After registering the product, the app regularly lost the connection and ask for register again. Many times the app return error for any simple activity such as register a room. The last time I try to re-register the product is continuosly failed. In general the app is such a trash and mostly can't use the app to control the machine

Broken app. Can't register devices, even though they have been registered before, can't connect them to the WiFi they were connected to before, can't creat homes or rooms. A dumb heater and a smart plug would have been cheaper and more functional. The app alone is reason enough to stay away from Duux products. Horrible, just horrible.

Actual product is fantastic. App is awful. Won't connect to WiFi just keeps saying error. Have u installed reinstalled etc to no avail. Completely broken app
