App used to work very well around 2 months back but it has become unusable. It keeps logging off every day automatically. It's really very bad and I am still surprised why this issue is not being resolved even after so many versions published. Should not be subscribed by school in the current state. Also, there were non functional issues related to more memory usage as well.

I changed my mobile and old userId/Password stopped working. Looks like you are checking device id too along with password, it should not be. Another way - Forget password is not working. Trying to reset password it send code after 20 min, during that app session expired. Trying for many days. Kindly fix both and confirm.

Pathetic experience from last 2/3 months. The app logs out automatically. You have to login everytime you have to see any info. in the app. Seriously the issue has to be resolved by this time. Please resolve the issues raised by the users atleast and make the access smooth.

This app is giving a trouble in quiz section on my mobile and tablet. It does not show the entire picture and the questions. It's impossible to answer. It's affecting the result n child's confidence. Please fix it immediately.

Good app but I am facing some error while entering the app. Its hanging again and again and also I am not able to see the new updates after updating it several times. And after opening the files the fonts aren't visible some are big and some small

So far no major complaints. Few improvements: The bell icon notification does not show notifications for circulars or other pending items. It would be nice to have a red dot on the icons with pending or new actions. Have to open every section one by one to check if anything new from school has been missed or not.

Worst app ever used. So many bugs. Unable to login. No button to shift down the line. As soon as the app is closed, it asks to login again. Too time consuming. Takes too long to load information. App is neither handy nor time saving. It is more of a problem then a solution. Minus ratings...!!

Very poor performance, this app has turned a smooth 2 way communication with school in to a one way tortuous communication. App is bad enough to make you want to avoid the schools that use it. For example KRMANGALAM GURUGRAM
