• EGO 총무처에서 발표한 라인 발표 및 중요한 개발 사항이 나열되어 있으며 요청 시 자세히 액세스할 수 있습니다.

Trash app. Years later, English support came to the application with new update. However, the QR/NFC features promised by EGO do not work. Ankarakart/Baskentkart operations are very limited. And you have to constantly open your browser to access a page in the application menu (for example, transportation fee).

Both balance loading and balance inquiry features are non-functional, which makes the app unreliable. Additionally, the interface is poorly designed, making it frustrating to navigate. Overall, the user experience is very disappointing.

App doesn't show ETA correct like one third of the time, doesn't show how many stations until the station you choose, doesn't even show routes correctly.

I think this latest version is the best so far be it UI, timing accuracy, or user-friendliness. However, it seems inevitable thing is lacked compared to the older versions is the "Language setting". I remember I used to change to English and it worked as well.

The system of the buses doesn't work good enough so the system keeps lagging in the schedule.. it's not good application

This is the most feature rich public transport app I have seen so far. I'm also glad that I can easily track balance in the card. But the UI and UX of the app is very outdated. With proper UI update, it would be the best public transport app in the world.

Lost all my preferences such as saved stops, lines and cards after a self-update :( Same had happened back in the past with the IETT app. Later on IETT added user based profiles to the app. Though that wasn't working at the time. This should be updated in that fashion as well.

red theme hurts my eyes, previous color palette was miles better than the current one.
