Game is fun and addictive! 9/27/2024 - I recently upgraded my phone and unfortunately my game and its levels did not port over like it did a few years ago. I have sent two emails in the past weeks which have gone unanswered. Not a phone call, text, or email to state that it was received. To say the least, I am very disappointed. Your customer service/support really needs some tweaking!

I have always given this app a 1 star rating because of the lousy payouts. The most you can play is 2 rounds with 1 card purchased. Nonsense. I am having another issue and I see I'm not the only one having it. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app to get into my mailbox and now I've lost years of credits and prizes and rewards as I can only play as guest now. Every time I lose rewards you send me MAYBE 100 tickets when I send screenshots of 1000's I've lost. I screenshot EVERYTHING. Fix THIS!

Wish there were more free credits offered to us on the fan page,after all they are pretty expensive.But I love the game!! I have sent 2 emails about a malfunction in the game. I have been trying to open my in-game mailbox for 4-5 days to no avail. HELP! I still haven't heard back from the developers of this game! It's really sad because as you guys can see lots of people love it!?! I'm uninstalling until it's fixed!!! Email me when it's back to normal!!!

I have been playing this game for years. I have never had an issue until your last update. Now I can't log into Facebook. Reading other reveiws I'm not the only one one with this issue! The only feedback I can see from your people is when the review is positive! Not one reply about the negative ones. Very disappointing. It shows the people with this issue you must not care. Uninstalling and going to miss it very 😞

For the last few days i have had problems with the tasks feature . I complete the tasks but am not awarded the rewardits always on the 2nd set of tasks

***EDIT *** It appears to be fixed now. Although it still keeps telling me to update, when there is no update available. The app was glitching so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it says I can't connect to Facebook because the app is only in development mode and I don't have permission. I have spent so much money on this game over the years and I'm so disappointed I've lost all my progress.
