No "Sign Up" button. No way to create an account. Absolutely useless unless you've already made an account elsewhere. To add insult to injury, the instructions they give you in your welcome packet tell you to download this app and use it to sign up, and show a screenshot of it with a "sign up" button. That must've been an earlier version of the app. It doesn't have a way to sign up now. Edit: the sign up button is hidden. Try to scroll up on the login page if you don't see it.

The App is good however sometimes unusable. It's frustrating because I sometimes have to keep closing and opening back up the app in order to use. Wish this was fixed because it's an important part of the internet features.

Wth is wrong with this app? It is showing phone devices that I don't even own connected to my internet!!! Just how is this possible?? I just got the internet installed yesterday! And the phones you are showing connected I do not own!!! Apparently this app needs a ton of work cause it's definitely WRONG!!! I'm sorry but an IPhone is not a google pixel!! And you have my samsung Galaxy s21 ultra 5g as a lower grade samsung device! Fix this app please!
